Is there any reason that you cant use PharmaQo EQ-Test as long term TRT? Ive been reading and havent found a reason not too. Just one person recommending donating blood once a month to reduce red blood cells. Im 50 yo, 61, 180lbs @ 13.5% BF and my natural test is finally kicking my ass. Ive run 2 beginner cycles in the past and loved the Test EQ cycle I ran before because I like to go go go, then go some more. Can I just stay on 200mg Test-E and 300mg EQ a week forever? Should I run less? I know everyone will scream blood work, blood work, blood work, but Im an American. I have insurance, but it wont pay for a low-T clinic and doctors here are useless. The soonest I can get an appointment to have blood work run is months away, and as an American with a family, Im too broke to pay for it myself. The EQ-Test is my birthday present to myself. Im flying blind here guys.

Well there is no reason that you ~cant~ but it wouldnt exactly be advisable to. Theres a number of reasons why EQ isnt generally administered for TRT.EQ is definitely a pretty great steroid, it helps with: 1. Building muscle (obviously) 2. Red blood cell production 3. Appetite stimulationUnfortunately increased red blood cell count also really skyrockets your BP levels and on top of that, it also messes with cholesterol levels. Its only real medicinal uses are for muscle wasting and anemia. That alone kinda leaves it out of the TRT category in a professional medicinal setting. While obviously less harsh than most steroids it still doesnt quit fit into the little to no side effects category. Basically its not completely harmless and the benefits gained from it are essentially not unique or necessities. You could still likely incorporate it into your routine safely though. Probably something like 200-400mg/week for 16-20 weeks once or twice a year. Undecenoate has an insanely long half-life and because of this @ 2 injections/week would take 7-10 weeks reach peak blood plasma concentration. However this can be side-stepped by frontloading the compound @ (what would be the total amount administered in 2 weeks) + 1 regular injection , pinned for your first injection (e.g. 200mg/week would mean frontloading with 1,000mg for your first pin). There are other methods to achieve this to create a smoother blood level saturation that essentially entails tapering your dosage down gradually in the building or a more moderate dosage for a longer period. It would be recommendable to look into.Anyways aside from all of this EQ was never exhaustively studied and its methods and mechanisms are not all well-known or understood. It is a testosterone derivative AAS, but it does not convert into estrogen. What it converts into are metabolites of hormones that act similarly to many of the well-known steroids.. EQ has a scant talked about Aromatase Inhibiting (AI) effect and can tank your estrogen if you are using it with arimidex or aromasin. It can tank your estrogen levels, but you may likely experience high estrogen side effects, due to lesser estrogens like estrone and their metabolites. These cannot be controlled by any standard or known conventions. EQ also does not convert into DHT. But you will eventually exhibit hair loss, again due to similar mechanisms with DHT conversion. It is important to understand that all hormones are important in the body, but at certain levels. Tanking these hormones and replacing them with alternate or similar versions of them can have unknown consequences. Estrone is not as powerful as estradiol and therefore does not have the same bone strengthening benefits etc.Overall the choice is yours. Seeing as the benefits of EQ would be purely cosmetic when erring on the side of caution it wouldnt really be recommendable to incorporate EQ into a part of your full-time TRT regime. Given the VAST amount of unknown variables and again the extremely long half-life of EQ -- should any issues arise, it would take around 2 months for the drug to completely clear your system.
