I pinned 1500mcg of BPC157 split into 500mcg three times a week. I was able to go to gym more often and train for longer. No problem doing any sort of overhead presses with heavy weights, in past it was one hell of a thing to do overhead presses and always left me with pain, not anymore and i am extremely pleased. I have tried pinning pre bed, afternoon, post workout as well as morning but most suitable for me is pinning first thing in the morning.
I stack it with TB500 and the combo together is amazing. Highly recommend and suggest running TB500 and BPC157 together for a drastic increase in healing, recovery, overall quality of life and well being.
