I received my order in about 7 days. Xt mk is definitely a quality product Im get all the same benefits from it that I got from PharmaQo mk improved workout efficiency endurance and strength gains. Increased fullness and pumps. My sleep has definitely improved I wake up feeling refreshed and wake more easily.
